当館では、下記の日程にて客室の窓ガラス清掃を実施させて頂きます。

お客様のご滞在中お部屋の作業をする場合はフロントからお声がけさせて頂きます。
または作業員が窓の外で作業を致します。ご滞在の場合は、カーテンをお閉め頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

何かとご不便をお掛け致しますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を頂きますよう宜しくお願い申し上げます。

Our hotel will have window cleaners, cleaning all the outside and inside windows of the hotel during these few days.

Please do not be alarmed to the workers, as they will be cleaning the windows from the outside and inside.
There will be no window cleaning done in the guest rooms if the guest is inside the room but we will ask the guests for permission if the cleaners can clean the windows when our hotel cleaning staff are cleaning the room.
For customers who are staying consecutive nights, we advise to have curtains closed while you stay with us.
